Using Raeplay

You may use Raeplay only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, scrape it, impersonate others, or use it to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

YouTube-powered features

Raeplay uses YouTube API Services and the official YouTube embedded player. Use of those features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Videos remain hosted and controlled by YouTube and their respective rights holders. Availability can change without notice. You must not use Raeplay to download, copy, bypass advertising or playback restrictions, circumvent access controls, or obtain an offline copy of YouTube content.

Cues, saved items, and accounts

Raeplay cues and saved items are Raeplay features that store references to content. They are not YouTube playlists unless explicitly identified as such. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

Ownership and independence

Raeplay’s original interface, name, and software belong to their respective owner. YouTube videos, branding, metadata, and related rights belong to YouTube, creators, or other rights holders. Raeplay is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with YouTube or Google.

Service availability and responsibility

Raeplay is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or stop, and third-party content may become unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, Raeplay is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party content.
